Delivery & Returns
Festive Season
Our last recommended posting dates over the festive season are:
UK – Orders placed before 1pm 21st December
International Regular Airmail – Order by 7th December
International Tracked – Order by 13th December
While we cannot guarantee delivery over the christmas period we will continue shipping up until the 22nd
We know you dont want to be waiting a long time to get your gear so at Cascade we ship all orders within 1 working day, often up until 4pm where possible and in the UK use First Class Post or a courier for larger items. If for any reason there will be a delay we will get in touch to let you know.
If you’d prefer to order and then pick up from our Edinburgh shop this is also possible, just select ‘Collect in Store’ on the checkout page.
UK Shipping
We are now offering free shipping on orders over £35 and for orders below there is a flat rate cost of £3.95. If you need an item the next day we offer it within the UK if the order is placed before 2pm and charge extra for the service.Â
Next Day service is offered from Monday – Friday, an order placed before 2pm on Friday will be delivered the following Monday, any orders placed after 2pm on Friday may not ship until the following Monday for delivery Tuesday.
In the rare case an order does not arrive the next day you will be refunded the postage cost.
International Shipping
For our international customers we offer cheap airmail postage starting from just 3.95 worldwide. For tracked service or larger orders the price is slightly more.
We ship worldwide, choose your country in the checkout page and the available shipping options will become available.
The rough guide for shipping times is:
UK 1-2 working days
Europe 3-10 working days
Rest of World 5-10 working days
International orders can sometimes take slightly longer for a number of reasons out of our control, if you are in a hurry for your items please get in touch before ordering.
Returns
If for any reason you change your mind about a purchase then we offer a 30 day return policy. We will give a full refund including any original shipping costs paid but the return costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
If there is a manufacturing issue with your product while under normal use we will replace it for you. Depending on the product we may require it to be returned to us but will cover the shipping costs in this instance.
